                        Suggested use

                        As a dietary supplement, mix (1) level scoop in 6-8 fl oz of cold water 15-30 minutes prior to workout. 

                        On non-training days, consume one serving for additional energy and focus. Do not take near bedtime.

Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery or if upset stomach occurs. This product is not intended or recommended for children and those sensitive to caffeine. Too much caffeine may cause irritability, sleeplessness and occasional rapid heartbeat. To avoid sleeplessness, do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime. Always try to consume at least 64 fl oz of water daily while using this product. Do not exceed recommended serving size. 

                        Do not use if seal is broken or missing.
