                    GAT Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) are now plant sourced forms of Leucine, Valine and Isoleucine. They must be consumed through diet.                     BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio of Leucine to Isoleucine and Valine is the most scientifically studied for athletic performance. This ratio has also been shown to reduce muscle damage and accelerate recovery from resistance training.
