Advanced Formula
This Guru Nanda® Advanced Formula is based on traditional Ayurvedic principles and was infused with natural ingredients that have been studied extensively for optimal efficacy.
Formulated by an Ayurvedic Expert in conjunction with an Aromatherapist, a Medical Doctor, and a Dentist.
Suggested use
Shake well. Place one tablespoon of Guru Nanda® Advanced Formula Pulling Oil in mouth. Gently swish the oil between your teeth for at least 2 minutes. Try to work up to 10 minutes per use. Spit the oil out. Do not swallow. Rinse mouth thoroughly with water. Always brush your teeth after using Advanced Formula Pulling Oil.
Ayurveda also recommends scraping your tongue for better oral hygiene.
Other ingredients
100% Pure sesamum indicum (sesame seed) oil, helianthus annus (sunflower seed) oil, cocos nucifera (fractionated coconut)oil, eugenia caryophullus (clove) essential oil, mentha spicata (spearmint) essential oil, melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree) essential oil, mentha piperita (peppermint) essential oil, elettaria cardomomum (cardamom) essential oil, origanum vulgaris (oregano) essential oil, foeniculum vulgare (fennel) essential oil and d-alpha tocopheryl acetate (vitamin e), cholecalciferol (vitamin d), stevia rebaudina (stevia).
