L-Carnitine + Methionine
L-Carnitine is an amino acid that is derived from lysine and methionine and is essential for transporting long-chain fatty acids from the cytosol into the mitochondria for subsequent fat breakdown and energy production. Methionine is essential for the production of carnitine.
Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, take one serving (1 Capsule) in the morning on an empty stomach with 8-10oz of water. For best results, take one capsule with each meal

Gelatin (capsule shell), microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide.
