                    Suggested use

                    Use only as directed. While following the Diet Plan, take one tablet mid-morning and one tablet mid-afternoon.

                    Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children. Keep your licensed health care practitioner informed when using this product. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Do not use with MAO inhibitor drugs. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally, rapid heartbeat. Not recommended for use by children under 18 years of age.

                    Other ingredients

                    Cellulose, silica, magnesium stearate and stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, tablet coating.

                    This product contains 100 mg of caffeine per serving, which is equivalent to the amount found in an 8 oz cup of coffee.
