                            Each serving of Nature’s Truth Vitamin A softgels delivers 10,000 IU (3,000 mcg) of this fundamental vitamin from Retinyl Palmitate and Cod Liver Oil. One quick release softgel per day is all you need to meet the recommended daily value of this essential vitamin.

                            Suggested use

                            For adults, take one (1) quick release softgel daily, preferably with a meal. Do exceed recommended dosage.

                            Other ingredients

                            Sunflower oil, gelatin, vegetable glycerin. 

                            Contains fish (cod) ingredients. 

                            This product contains 3,000 mcg of vitamin A, which is equivalent to 10,000 IU. 

                            Free of gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, artificial color, artificial flavor, artificial sweetener, preservatives.
