                      Suggested use

                      Adults: Take 1 tablet twice per day with food.

                      Consult a doctor prior to use if you have a liver disorder, and iron deficiency, stomach ulcers or inflammation. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breast- feeding. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract containing products have been reported. Stop use and consult your doctor if symptoms persist or worsen or any adverse reactions occur or if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes, stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite. May cause stomach upset. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if blister package (inner foil) has been opened or tampered with. It is not recommended to exceed this dosage. Store in a cool. dry place
