Suggested use

Four soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional or pharmacist. Soft gels can be chewed or swallowed. Use only for children 3 years and older and over.

Other ingredients

Purified arctic cod liver oil, soft gel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, natural flavor), natural flavor, d-alpha tocopherol (antioxidant), rosemary extract (a natural preservative).
