                    Essential To Muscle Growth

                    The Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) Leucine, Isoleucine, & Valine are essential amino acids, & must be obtained through diet or supplementation. BCAAs are critical to muscle building through the process of muscle protein synthesis.

                    Exercise Recovery

                    BCAAs support recovery by promoting the natural muscle repair processes that take place after exercise. Additionally, BCAAs may be used as a fuel source during exercise, thereby sparing existing muscle tissue from catabolic breakdown.

                    Suggested use

                    On training days mix 1 serving with water or your favorite beverage. For best results, take 1 serving 60 minutes prior to exercise and 1 serving immediately after exercise, but at least 3 hours after the first serving.

                    Non-Training Days: Take 1 serving with the first meal of the day and 1 serving with a meal at least 6 hours later.
