                            How to make the perfect whey protein shake: Shake or Blend

                            Tip: Try blending with ice, your favorite fruit, juice, peanut butter or anything else you enjoy for a delicious smoothie.

                            Mix 1 scoop (1 serving) with 10 oz. of skim milk or water. Take 1 to 2 servings per day, one of which before bed. Do not exceed 2 scoops (2 servings) in a 24-hour period. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.

                            Other ingredients

                            Casein protein blend (milk protein isolate [supplying micellar casein and whey], micellar casein), maltodextrin, cocoa (processed with alkali), salt, natural and artificial flavors, gum blend (cellulose gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan), acesulfame potassium, sucralose, soy or sunflower lecithin.

                            Contains milk and soy ingredients. Processed in a facility that also processes wheat, tree nut and egg ingredients.

                            Contains bioengineered food ingredients.

                            Six Star® Casein Protein is manufactured according to cGMP standards, as is required for all dietary supplements.
